ORDERS & SHIPPING
We have free standard shipping in all domestic orders across the USA.
Shipping price varies depending on the customer’s location. Please check the applicable shipping fee when you place your order.
- LUXAMAX uses DHL/UPS for most deliveries.
- We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
- We are not responsible for any issues with shipping, any mis-delivery errors, or for any lost or damaged packages via carrier, that may result in delayed delivery time.
- Packages undeliverable by the courier service will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse.
- We do ship worldwide. However, some orders are subject to additional customs inspections or duties upon delivery. We’re not Liable for any shipping or customs fees or shipping fees that you will incur or for delays because of customs.
Your order will be shipped within 2 working day after you place it, and depending on location, delivery will take 3 to 5 working days. You can access your order status by logging in to your account. Please note that shipping time may vary during holidays or promotions. Thank you for your patience.
- You can try the following steps if you are unable to place an order:
- Try the payment process from the beginning.
- Place an order via a computer instead of a tablet and smart phones.
- If your payment is still not successful, please contact us and attach a screen shot to your Email.
Order Cancelation policy:
Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we are not able to cancel it. However, after you received the package you can return it to us unopened and within 14 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total of the order. In this case, a restocking fee will also be deducted from the total amount paid.
INITIATING A RETURN
- Fill out the Form HERE.
- You will receive a mailing label and instructions via email from our customer service team. Please follow the instruction and don’t send back your items without LUXAMAX’s approval. The mailing label we send you will include the return address. Please note that all items should be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. LUXAMAX is not responsible for all shipping fees, customs, taxes. Please note that the item you may wish to exchange may be out of stock or there could be wait to receive it. Please use a shipping service with tracking, we are not liable for items lost in transit.
- After we process your return, you will receive credit back to your original form of payment, and within 7-10 days after you receive notification that we have refunded your account. expect the credit to appear on your account.
Tracking the Order:
Your account will show that your order is “completed” once your order is confirmed and verified. When the order is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping tracking number that you can use to track your package on the website of the courier company.
Prices on LUXAMAX.com include VAT for all deliveries to the USA.
For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as required by each country’s regulations.
Custom or duty fees:
Please be aware that orders made outside the USA may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As LUXAMAX has no control over these charges, the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees must be beard by you.

Once your payment has been received & cleared and your purchase has been verified, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
Will my credit card information be stored?
To safeguard your security, LUXAMAX does not store any credit card details. If you are uncomfortable with providing your credit card details online, please contact us and we will offer an alternative payment method.
Once you submit your order, online purchases will be charged to your credit card. However, only when we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock, the transaction will be put through. We will notify you by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
